By creating an account or using aptimize.app you agree to these terms. If you use Aptimize on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

Aptimize collects publicly available app-store information you point it to, analyzes it with statistical and AI methods, and presents dashboards, insights and suggested actions. Features may change, and we may add, modify or discontinue parts of the service.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Sign-in is provided through Google; you must comply with Google's own terms.

• Do not use Aptimize for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service or its outputs as your own product.
• Do not use the service to collect personal data about individuals beyond what is publicly published with a review, or to harass reviewers.

You keep ownership of the data and content you add. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display it solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to submit the app identifiers and data you analyze.

Sentiment scores, topics and recommended actions are produced automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. They are decision support, not professional advice. Validate outputs before acting on them.

Aptimize relies on third-party platforms such as app stores, Supabase and Google. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or terms, and store data may change or become unavailable without notice.

Aptimize, its software, design and branding are owned by us and protected by law. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific business results.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Aptimize and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service.
