Privacy Policy

Aptimize (“we”, “us”) operates the web application at https://aptimize.app. For any privacy question you can reach us at privacy@aptimize.app.

• Account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Content you provide. App package names, store links, notes and settings you enter in the product.
• Analytics content. Publicly available app-store data (app metadata, ratings and user reviews) that you ask Aptimize to collect and analyze, plus the derived results (sentiment, topics, keywords, suggested actions).
• Technical data. Basic log data such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, used for security and troubleshooting.

Data received through Google Sign-In is used only to create and secure your Aptimize account, to display your name and profile picture in the app, and to contact you about your account. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except to the service providers described below or where required by law. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Providing and maintaining the service (contract).
• Securing accounts, preventing abuse and debugging (legitimate interest).
• Improving analysis quality and product features (legitimate interest).
• Complying with legal obligations.

• Supabase — authentication, database and serverless functions hosting.
• Google — sign-in (OAuth) and, where applicable, AI models used to analyze review text.
• Hosting and CDN providers — delivery of the web application.

Providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments. Review text sent to AI models is processed to produce analysis results and is not used by us to train public models.

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences such as theme. We do not use advertising cookies.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Collected review data and analysis results are retained until you delete the tracked app or ask us to remove them. Log data is kept for a limited period for security purposes.

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and you can revoke Aptimize's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account permissions page. To delete your Aptimize account and associated data, email privacy@aptimize.app; we respond within 30 days.

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit, row-level access controls and role-based permissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify affected users of any material breach.

Aptimize is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the “Last updated” date above will change.
